Information you provide
The form requests your name, email, phone, location and project details. Business details, references, documents and some requirements are optional. Do not attach passwords, banking details or sensitive information that is not needed to evaluate your project.
How we use it
We use your data to evaluate your request, contact you, prepare a proposal and manage any resulting business relationship. Accepting the form authorizes contact related to your request. It does not automatically subscribe you to advertising.
Storage and service providers
The platform stores requests and files in Supabase and sends confirmations through a configured email provider. These providers may process data outside your country. Access to records is limited to authorized staff according to their role.
If storage is not configured or fails, the form reports the error and does not confirm a record that does not exist. Email status is reported separately.
Data in your browser
To simplify your request, non-personal selections such as service, plan, budget, priority and features may be stored locally. Your name, email, phone, documents and project description are not stored locally. You can remove this data in your browser settings.
Retention and your requests
Data is retained as needed to handle your request, fulfill agreements and meet applicable obligations. You can request access, correction or deletion, or withdraw your authorization to be contacted, by writing to contact@elidev.site. We will assess your request according to applicable retention obligations.
External services and cookies
Links to WhatsApp and other sites open services with their own policies. Authenticated areas use cookies needed to manage sessions. Additional analytics must be configured and documented before activation.
Analytics and language preferences
With your consent, we measure visits and form progress using random identifiers and page categories. Analytics does not store what you type, your email, documents, IP address or full URL. You can decline analytics or withdraw your consent in Analytics preferences; we respect Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. Leads and submitted requests are counted from CRM records. Your manual language choice is remembered in a cookie for one year.
